Seven N Half was founded in Ahmedabad in 2014 by Pinkal and Jimmy Soni, with a laptop and two phones. It is still founder-led, and the platforms the firm runs on were built by the founder himself.
Pinkal Soni
Inspired by the agency model in London, Pinkal set out to build the strategic, data-driven search firm he could not find in India. He runs the firm's mandates and has personally built every platform in the SNH stack, from Talent Kosh to the Intelligence OS.
Jimmy Soni
A fashion designer by qualification whose foray into human resources in US and Indian companies laid the groundwork for the firm. Jimmy's strategic acumen shapes how the firm engages candidates and clients.
Ankit Soni
Over ten years with leading banks managing operations and customer care. Ankit leads the firm's administrative and operational functions and designed its ATS workflows.
